AI Training for Executives in India: What to Learn and How
Executives should learn to use AI personally for research, writing and decisions, to pick high-value use cases for their teams, and to set rules for safe use. No coding is needed. A focused programme covers this in about six sessions and ends with a 30/60/90-day adoption plan for your organisation.

- Governance: what data can go where, vendor selection and the risks that need controls.

I lead [function] at a [size, industry] company in India. List 10 tasks my team repeats every week, rate each for AI value and risk, and recommend the three to pilot first with a one-line success measure for each.Troubleshooting
- The team uses AI tools but nothing changes. Pick three use cases, name an owner and a measure for each, and review them every 30 days.
- Worried about confidential data. Set a simple policy: which tools are approved, which data is never pasted in, and who to ask.
