AI Training for Executives and Business Leaders

Practical AI capability for CEOs, founders, CXOs, directors and VPs — without becoming a software engineer. Six sessions covering where AI actually creates leverage, prompting for business, private AI knowledge workspaces, executive research and communication workflows, governance and vendor selection, and a 30/60/90-day adoption plan for your own organisation.

  • Format: 6 sessions · 6 weeks · Beginner to intermediate · technical background: not required.
  • Module 1 — The AI landscape and where the real leverage is: Where AI actually creates value for a business leader — the practical differences between machine learning, generative AI, assistants, workflows, agents and traditional automation, and where current systems stop being reliable. You build: An AI opportunity map for your role or organisation.
  • Module 2 — Prompt engineering for business: Structuring instructions with context, objective, constraints, inputs, examples and evaluation criteria — and using AI as a reviewer rather than only a generator. You build: A personalised prompt and workflow library for your role.
  • Module 3 — Build a private AI knowledge workspace: Structuring company information for an AI workspace, and why giving a model more information does not automatically improve the result. You build: A private AI workspace or assistant around a real business function.
  • Module 4 — AI for meetings, research and executive communication: Reducing the manual work of processing information, and separating AI-generated material from AI-verified material where decisions carry financial, legal or strategic weight. You build: An executive AI workflow that fits your actual working week.
  • Module 5 — AI governance, security, risk and vendor selection: Practical governance without turning it into a legal theory class — including the difference between a public assistant on a low-risk task and AI deployed against sensitive enterprise data. You build: An AI governance checklist for your organisation or team.
  • Module 6 — The 30/60/90-day AI operating plan: Turning the previous modules into an operating plan, because learning AI without implementing it is mostly entertainment. You build: A 30/60/90-day AI adoption roadmap for your role or organisation.
  • Each 60-minute session: 10 minutes goal and review, 35 minutes live building, 10 minutes documenting the playbook, 5 minutes setting the next milestone.
