TRY IT You have spent months teaching ChatGPT your tone, offers and customer. This moves it all over, so Claude knows how you work from the first chat.

2. Model selector: the right power level for the job

SETUP Click the model name at the bottom right of the chat. Haiku is fastest and cheapest for simple bulk tasks. Sonnet is the everyday workhorse. Opus is for deep analysis and complex strategy.

TRY IT Summarize 50 support emails with Haiku, analyze 3 months of sales data with Opus, write a follow-up email with Sonnet.

Connect Claude to your inbox, calendar and work

Connectors are what turn Claude from a chatbot into an assistant that knows your actual business.

3. Gmail connector: let Claude handle your inbox

SETUP Customize > Connectors > Gmail > Log In with Google.

TRY IT Back from a conference with 200+ unread emails, ask: What's urgent in my inbox? What needs a reply today? Summarize everything else.

4. Calendar connector: a free business coach

Brief Claude once, then create faster

Projects hold your context, visuals make processes clear, and voice captures ideas before they are lost.

6. Interactive visuals: clickable diagrams

SETUP Type "Visualize..." followed by what you want to see.

TRY IT Visualize our 6-step onboarding process as a clickable flowchart. Useful for newhire onboarding, customer journeys or roadmaps.

7. Projects: stop re-explaining your business

SETUP Projects > New Project. Add docs, SOPs, brand guides and past content to the project knowledge.

TRY IT Load your brand guide, audience research and 20 past pieces into a Content project. Every chat there starts fully briefed.
